Blush has always been a favorite color of mine for many reasons. One of the best things about this soft neutral, is how you can pair it with pops of color or contrasting hues. While I never wear red, I really like how these colors complimented each other (not to mention it makes for a very festive Valentine outfit).
This dress really surprised me. Like I said, I never wear red, but figured this orangey-red would make for a great transition piece for Spring. I found it to be extremely versatile and fun to wear. I love the idea of pairing it with a white crossbody and some brown wedges for a casual look. Oh, and throw in a side braid just for fun! Have a great Wednesday! xx

I need a braid tutorial!!
Really loving this look on you! Pink and red has always been a favorite combo of mine. You pull it off well!
gorgeous and LOVE that braid
How is the quality of this trench? I’ve been eyeing it for a week or so and couldn’t fully decide! 🙂
Hi Whitney,
Thank you for your comment! To be honest, I was a little disappointed by the quality. It’s fully lined, but not very heavy (which could be good for Spring). It also wrinkles easily but those can be eliminated with a steamer or in the dryer (not wet). It’s a great cheap jacket, but I wouldn’t pay more for it. Hope that helps!
One of my favorite combinations! Blush is such a staple color!

This is gorgeous! I agree– we need a braid tutorial! xoxox
How much smaller would you size down? It’s final sale so that makes me a little scared. Do you mind telling me what size you are wearing? Thank you so much for your help. I love your blog!
