Is it just me or did the weekend fly by? We spent Saturday running errands and yesterday taking engagement pictures for Austin's sister & new fiancé. We had hopes to hang yet another gallery wall, but it looks like that will have to wait until tomorrow! Our home tour is going to be shot this week and I am so excited to have things almost done. I wanted to share this cozy look from a few weeks ago. This grid Scarf (now sold out, but here's a very similar scarf) has been a favorite of mine this season and it's a little embarrassing how often I wear it. But isn't that a sign of a great purchase?

If there's one item in my closet I love, it's a great cardigan. Maybe it's the teacher in me, but investing in a good cardigan will get you through multiple seasons and will definitely give you plenty of options when it comes to outfits. Due to the hot temps in Dallas, a lightweight cardigan is a must. This waterfall version from Goodnight Macaroon is a practical solution to achieve a layered look- even in the Summer!
