Let's talk self-care, because at least for me, it was something I did not do enough of last year and I'm trying to change that. I think sometimes I feel like self-care has to be some over-the-top luxury like a massage or a facial and let's be honest...I don't have time for that often. I know most of us don't! So this year I'm trying to find small, easy self-care habits that I can fit in weekly if not daily. Baths instead of showers, face masks as I'm getting the boys up in the morning, a cozy lounge set that makes me feel good, drinking lots of water, and taking care of myself with workouts that I've committed to this year. ...

I'm excited to kick off a new series today that you'll be seeing on the blog about 1x a month. I don't want to get too deep on a jeans post and I've already shared a bit about how I've been feeling in my 2021 Gift Guides, but basically, I'm in a mindset of less but better. I recently worked with my designer on creating 2 (pretty!) goal sheets that I think you guys will love! I use the first as my long-term planning guide and to understand how I want to feel throughout the year based on my goals. Then I take goals from there and break them down into monthly goals which I use the second template for.
