So, I’m pretty excited about this post. It’s not every day I get to work on a project with Austin. And trust me, it wasn’t easy convincing him to “model”, but he was such a trooper in his utility jacket and dark rinse jeans! Although it may have gone to his head a little (shh don’t tell him I said that). ...

Floral Pleated Skirt
I love a good pleated skirt, especially one with a floral print! This Floral Box-Pleat Skirt (now on sale) is one of those skirts that can be worn with your favorite sweater (similar style) or silky blouse (budget friendly version). I love the versatility! I wore this around Charleston last week with these flats (identical version) and I can't wait to wear it again at NYFW ...
Skincare Routine for Oily Skin
One of the most common questions I get asked is regarding my daily skincare routine. While I do like to try new products here and there, I love sharing the products with you that really stick out to me.
I've mentioned before that my skin type is combination, but lately, it seems I have been suffering from more breakouts and excess oil. Lovely, I know. While this can seem very frustrating at times, I have read in several articles that oily skin does have it's benefits. For one, it's less dry during the winter, and two, we are less likely to get wrinkles at an early age. Those do seem exciting but I know for me, I want to control my oil and breakouts as much as possible. ...

Fall 2016 Boot Guide
I've got Fall on my mind these days and based on what I'm hearing from you guys, you do too! One of my favorite things about Fall (amongst many) is getting to wear boots and booties. With so many to choose from, I wanted to make it easy and narrow it down to a few styles that will take you through Fall looking and feeling your best. ...
Instagram Lately .11
Happy Wednesday! It's been a while since I've shared an instagram roundup on here. A few of you have requested links to these pictures, so I wanted to make it easy and share these on here. I know some prefer to ...
Casual in Black and White
Layers are easily my go-to for Fall. So it's no surprise that I'm pulling out my light layers and shopping for blazers, jackets and lightweight scarves. All of this rain has brought us some cooler temperatures, and though it's still warm, it's much better than a typical day in August. ...
Drop Waist Shirtdress
It's been a few weeks since I've done a "Wear to Work" post and this dress was too good to pass up. Many of you have mentioned that you work in an office setting or a place where it is encouraged to dress business casual. This dress stood out to me for several reasons but one being it's length and fit. It's perfect for an office (or classroom!) setting. I like the clean, simple cut to this dress, and the minimalistic vibe. The material isn't sheer, yet feels lightweight.
I also love any excuse to wear olive green and in my opinion, is a great color for Fall. This dress would also pair well with your favorite booties, but I love love these lace up heels. If you're a regular reader, you know that these are a pair I wear often. Maybe a little too much! They are actually very easy to walk in and comfortable. You can see how I style them here. ...
The Essential Knit Cardigan
There are just some brands that make the best basics and Barefoot Dreams is one of them. Not only are their products incredible soft, but they are made to last. This knit cardigan is everything I plan to wear this Fall and Winter. If only you guys could feel how soft and snuggly this is through your screen! ...
10 Chic Office Accessories
It's no secret I love shopping for office and desk accessories. Perhaps it was the 6 years I spent in the classroom that sparked the love affair, but I think it stems all the way back to my childhood. My mom was a teacher for 15 years and each year I would go with her to "work" in her classroom. You know, play teacher, pretend to "grade papers", play hide-and-seek, the usual. She always had the best office supplies and desk accessories! Fast forward 20 years and I still get excited to walk through the office supplies isle. Surly I'm not alone in this! ...
