Patio weather is almost officially here and like many of you, I am welcoming it with open arms. And though I am eager for spring temps to officially make their way to Dallas (hello maxi dresses and skirts), it's been a minute since my legs have seen the sun. ...

Baby Shower Dresses for the Mama-to-Be
If you are expecting, congratulations! Between the excitement (and anxiety if we're being honest), you probably have thought about your baby shower. "When is the best time to have my shower?", "What do I register for?", "What should I wear?" are just a few of the questions that have already popped into your head.
I honestly went back and forth on if I even wanted one, but after Katey, my Mom and my Grandma strongly encouraged me to agree and let my friends throw me one, it started to make me really excited. ...
Trader Joe’s Healthy Breakfast Scramble
TRADER JOE'S CHICKEN SAUSAGE EGG SCRAMBLE
Yields 2 Servings
We get all of these ingredients at Trader Joe's, however, you can find many of them at your local grocery store. There's really no "right" way to make this. It's totally up to personal taste on how much veggies you want to include. ...
Introducing My Spring Style Guide
Ah, I am so excited to finally share this little spring style guide with you. I always look forward to sharing new content with you and although this season has been a little tricky with shooting projects and still "taking it easy", I really love how this turned out. Even if we did have to take little breaks between each dress. Ha.
I've had so many requests for maternity dresses, maternity workwear, non-maternity dresses etc. that I wanted to compile a small list of spring dresses I love, wear often and can check the box of both maternity and non-maternity. Are you out of breath from just from reading that? No, just me? ...
Rent The Runway Unlimited — Here’s My Honest Review
Back in college, Rent the Runway was my go-to for formals or social events. I could rent a gown or cocktail dress without having to commit to a hefty price tag and still wear the designer dress of my dreams. And though I've been out of college for a little while, I still find this service to be effective.
About a year ago, I was introduced to Rent the Runway Unlimited. And it changed the way I shop for clothing. Basically, this service lets you choose up to 4 designer items at a time. And the best part, you can keep them for as long as you'd like or swap them out for something new. PS: To clear the air, this is something I've paid for, no discounts, just a fan who loves this service. Thankfully they took note and I've done a couple of partnerships with RTR throughout the year, but the subscription is something I purchase and keep up with on my own.
I've talked about it a lot on my Instagram Stories and had several questions pop up regarding how this works. Hopefully answering these questions helps you decide if this service is right for you! And be sure to keep reading because I'm sharing a special promo for TTD readers. ...
Cozy Spring Wrap
It's been a rather chilly spring in Dallas and I've been using every opportunity to wrap up in this soft poncho. I originally bought this wrap to use while traveling with my maternity leggings. It reminds me so much of this Alpaca Wrap (but a fraction of the cost). ...
Where I’m Shopping for Maternity Jeans
Although many women might tell you the last thing they want to wear while pregnant is jeans, I have to disagree. Being someone who wears denim all the time, I knew I wanted to find a few pairs that would be staples throughout my pregnancy. I tried several brands, styles and found 5 that I considered the most versatile, comfortable and ideal for those with growing bumps. ...
This $8 Shampoo and Conditioner Made My Hair So Soft — And it’s Sulfate-Free.
As someone who has colored and heat-styled her hair regularly for the past 15 years, my hair care routine is something that I take into careful consideration. And while it might be enticing to shop at luxury beauty stores to find the latest and greatest, hey I can be guilty of it too, regularly incorporating these types of products into our routine isn't the healthiest strategy long-term for our bank accounts. And higher price tags don't always mean it's a better product.
About a month ago, I started to try my luck at this $8 shampoo and conditioner by Hair Food. What originally caught my eye (besides the price tag) was that it is made from pure ingredients and free of parabens, mineral oils, silicones, sulfates and dyes. The proof of the power of these ingredients lies in the results. And my hair is all the better for it. ...
How I Use The Tom Ford Soleil Glow Drops
It all started back in November when I saw my favorite Vogue beauty editors sampling the Tom Ford Soleil Glow Drops. I was mesmerized to see these drops give the most beautiful, natural glow. I admit, I drink the Tom Ford Beauty kool-aid. I pay for their overpriced lipsticks and primers, but in my defense, I have yet to try something from Tom Ford Beauty that I don't love. I figured it might be the same for these drops. ...
