Holiday Dress

Now that the holidays are well on their way, it only makes sense to start looking for that perfect holiday dress. If you're like me, you probably stress when trying to find the perfect party dress. It's a busy time of year and it can be really hard trying to find something appropriate for that special occasion. However, Nordstrom has always made shopping so easy for me, so it's no surprise that I would look here for my party dress! This Betsey Johnson fit and flare dress from Nordstrom was exactly what I was looking for. The plaid is on point for this season and the flared skirt adds the perfect touch for a holiday look. Gift Guide | For Her

Hi everyone! I am excited to kick off this holiday season with my very first gift guide. As I have mentioned before, creating gift guides is one of my favorite things to do. I love searching through my favorite stores and finding gifts that I would love to give to my closest friends and family. This week I wanted to focus on gifts for her. Fall Boot Guide

It's no question that boots are one of my favorite shoes to wear. And while there are hundreds of styles, shapes and colors, I seem to have a liking toward Over The Knee and Ankle styles. There are so many trends now and while they can be fun, I always like to stick with classic looks. I've put together a few of my favorite styles for Fall and Winter. While the over the knee boot can be intimidating, I highly suggest pairing it with some skinnies and an oversized top or sweater. After eyeing these Stuart Weitzman 50/50 Boots for the last 2 years, I finally made the investment. They are so comfortable and the leather is so soft. If you aren't quite ready to make the investment I highly recommend this version by Louise et Cie. They look identical and are significantly cheaper. I love a good cardigan. Being a teacher, that probably doesn't surprise you, but I love to wrap myself in a cozy sweater or cardi.
