It's amazing how versatile a blazer can be in your wardrobe. Whether you are dressing for the office or a dinner with the girls, a blazer is a staple year round. This White Blazer immediately caught my eye for summer. ...

Fuzzy Sweater & Flared Jeans
It feels good to get back in the swing of things after taking a much needed few days off. I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and happy holiday! Today, I am sharing this fun way to wear my flared denim. I only own a couple pairs of flares, but this high-rise fit is my favorite. The cuffed hem and button fly, are just a few of the details that make these jeans a staple. Since these jeans are more of a statement, I kept the look super simple with my Fuzzy Turtleneck by RACHEL Rachel Roy and Black Booties. ...
Oversized Sweater & Boyfriend Jeans
If there's one thing I love wearing during the winter, it's a soft, oversized sweater. I picked this sweater up in NYC a few weeks ago and I have not stopped wearing it. Seriously, it's that good. I also bought it in beige too! I love wearing it with my AG Jeans and leather booties for a cool, casual look. ...
Blue Boyfriend Blazer
I usually like to stick with neutral colors, but every now and then I go out of my comfort zone. This light blue blazer (website says 'light grey" it is definitely blue) is so perfect for Fall and Winter. It's oversized, yet sophisticated. ...
Knit Sweater & Boyfriend Shorts
As we transition into warmer weather, I can't help but reach for a few Summer favorites like these boyfriend shorts and lace up sandals. I recently picked up the Open Knit Sweater from Topshop, and quickly fell in love with the versatility of this simple piece. I've always been a fan of wearing sweaters with shorts in the early stages of Summer. It makes for a relaxed, yet put-together outfit (which is always my favorite). ...
Tan Boyfriend Blazer
It's no secret I love a good blazer. The ease of pairing it with a tank top and skinny pants is just one of the many reasons a blazer is my go to. When I was in New York last month, I stumbled upon this '70s Longline Blazer in Topshop. I've had my eye on a tan blazer for months and loved the fit and length of this version.
A blazer can totally transform any outfit. Gone are the days where blazers are only to be worn in the workplace. Personally, I love to wear a blazer with boyfriend jeans, heels and a t-shirt. I've also been able to wear some of my favorite Summer dresses in the fall by simply throwing on a blazer to complete the look and update it for the new season.
Do you have any blazers? How do you wear them?

Classic Skinny Jeans
I'll be the first to admit that I am extremely picky when it comes to denim (and I'm willing to bet some you would agree). Not only do I pay close attention to the fit, but I now look for quality over quantity. I've never been one who needed a plethora of jeans. I tend to find 3 or 4 that I really love and rotate those week after week.
Lately, I have been looking at brands like AG, Current Elliot and J Brand. I've worn AG for years, but recently started trying newer brands like Current Elliot and J Brand. Nordstrom has a wide assortment of all brands and styles, but I found this classic skinny fit by AG to be the perfect match. The soft blue wash is a great color for just about anything. I also love how they are tight around the ankles (perfect for booties) and keep a snug fit throughout the day.
I also love this pair of distressed skinny jeans. The gently worn in wash and subtle tears really make for the perfect pair. I wear them all the time and they are one of the best fitting jeans I own. While the price tag is a little high, they really make up for it with the quality ...
White Tunic & Boyfriend Shorts
Hello from Florida! You may have seen my snapchats or instgrams this week and noticed that Austin and I were on a trip with my family this week. We are staying in Watercolor, FL but have enjoyed time at Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach and of course Seaside. We will be here until Sunday, so be sure check out my snapchat ("theteacherdiva") or instagrams to see more from our trip!
This White Tunic (only a few left in stock- similar here, here, here, and here) has been one of my favorite blouses this summer. I have already worn it twice while on this trip and have had multiple people stop me asking about it. You know it's good when a total stranger will stop you and compliment your look...am I right? I've worn it with these boyfriend jeans and these skinny jeans and love the oversized look.
Many of you have been asking about my sunglasses, they can be ...
Striped Boyfriend Blouse
Hi everyone and happy Monday! I know last week I wasn't around too much and that is only because it was the last week of school. If you are a teacher or have friends who are teachers, you only know how crazy it can be! With that being said, I am very excited that Summer is here and I am super excited to work on some exciting projects that have been on hold during these next few months.
Now, let's talk stripes. This is a print that will always be a favorite of mine and if you saw my closet you would know I have a hard time saying no to a striped top. However, this past year, I started cleaning out the things I never wear and really looking for those key pieces that will always be in style and remain a wardrobe staple. Like this Striped Button Down Blouse (similar style here and here) .
When it comes to stripes, I typically buy black and white or navy and white, but this grey/blue and white combo really sold me. The versatility is endless!

Relationship Advice : Boyfriend Jeans
I love a great pair of jeans. Who doesn't right? But sometimes it's not easy to find the right fit, style or wash. I found a few ways that help me narrow down the search in what can seem like an overwhelming task.
For the last few months, I have been on the hunt for a great pair of boyfriend jeans. I've seen numerous Pins and styles on Instagram, that I felt like I needed to pull the trigger. I found these (size down) on sale from J Crew and loved the color and distressing. However, I was so worried about the fit. I mean, saggy jeans? Is this a thing? Before buying, I did a little research. I know, who has time for that...but I actually enjoy researching clothes and reviews before making a purchase (I got that from my husband who makes me research everything before buying. I used to be annoyed, but now, I've grown to appreciate it. ha!) Reading reviews is essential when ordering online. They can be so helpful when it comes to sizing, fit and overall quality.
It's important to find a pair of boyfriend jeans that are flattering. I've see some that are so baggy that the whole look just felt sloppy. I liked that these were more fitted, but still stood true to the "boyfriend style". I also love the distressing on the front. After receiving the jeans, I ...
