As I mentioned last week, I am loving track pants for Fall. Not only are they on point for the season, but so versatile for day to day wear. These track pants from Dress Up Boutique are the perfect option for work or play. The zipper detail and soft texture are just a few of the reasons why I love these pants.
Saturday, I wore this look out to dinner for date night, but Sunday, I threw these suckers back on with slip on flats and a slouchy tee for an afternoon of errands and cleaning the house. I love it! Black Lace
I used to think that wearing all black was overwhelming, however my mind has changed since I found these black lace shorts. I wanted a look that would be nice for a night out and decided to mix shades of black with this Equipment Silk Blouse and this black blazer (now on sale) to throw on later. I like the idea of sticking to one color palette, but this would work just as well with a white blouse or dressed down with chambray and flats.

White Crepe Blouse
I seem to have quite the addiction to the color white these days. From home decor and clothing, it's always a good color for Summer. With that being said, I have been on the hunt for a simple, oversized white blouse. To me, when I think of Summer tops, this Crepe Blouse from Chic Wish comes to mind. It's light and breezy material is perfect for those hot temperatures. The top also comes in a pretty nude and teal if white isn't your color. I chose to keep this look pretty minimal with a monogram necklace from Love Always Couture a Noelle Necklace from Kendra Scott and these fun handmade tassel bracelets from Longhorn Fashions. What colors are you loving this summer?

Hello from Austin, TX! This week my husband and I are enjoying this beautiful city and taking full advantage of everything Austin has to offer. We love this city, so a week here seems perfect to us. This was a look I wore last night to dinner and Benjis (best fajitas we've ever had). I kept it pretty casual with a J Crew Chambray top, black shorts from Nordstrom (on sale!) and the PAK Crossbody from Blair Ritchey. This is a look that I will wear all summer. You can't go wrong with chambray!

Black + White
When it comes to accessories, black and white is an easy win for me. I should probably try to branch out and embrace color more often, but I can't help but fall for classic B/W pieces like these. A few of the items I always like to have on hand include my Chanel Classic Flap Bag, Black Nixon Time Teller, and a little sparkle from Accessory Concierge.
If you're thinking about making the jump on investing in a classic bag, I highly suggest Portero. It's no question that they are the best online retailer for luxury vintage bags. Portero offers 100% authenticity on all items from their online boutique and all bags are in beautiful condition. They recently re-vamped their site and unloaded a lot of new bags. Be sure to check it out!

Black & White For Spring
Today I am sharing my first look from The rewardStyle Conference this past weekend. Since the conference was in Dallas, it was only fitting that we went to the Giant Eyeball Sculpture. Nestled right in the center of Downtown Dallas, this photo op was the perfect place to shoot some pictures.
For day 1, I wore this black and white Parker dress and paired it with my new Sole Society Mandee Lace Up Heels. I love the "fit and flare" look of this dress and adding a blazer gave it the right about of sophistication. I have started doing that a lot lately to give my dresses a new look. What are some ways that you change up the look of a dress?

Camel + Black
Hello from Boston! Austin and I arrived here yesterday and we are enjoying every second. This city is absolutely beautiful and the weather could not be better. I was pretty nervous with all the talk about the cold front moving in (I know, it's still coming) but it's actually been really nice.
Since my clothing was limited to what could fit in my suitcase, I knew I had to trust the basics and stick with my camel belted coat (similar) and black wool scarf (similar). Not only do I love the color combo, but I love this classic look. I also layered up on some of my favorite bracelets by Love Always Couture and Lola James Jewelry. Today, we plan to hit up our favorite coffee spot, walk the harbor, and visit some of our favorite bakeries. To see more of our trip be sure to follow along via Instagram!

When it comes to decorating, I always gravitate towards black and white. It's a great canvas to add bold patterns such as leopard or bright colors. I always use Pinterest as my inspiration board, I mean who doesn't? These are some of my favorites that I have recently pinned. We are pretty much done re-doing out apartment, but I always enjoy adding little things here and there. These pictures are a great reminder that a little goes a long way, and that a pop of leopard is always a good idea. XX

This past weekend we took a little road trip and traveled to Houston for a friends wedding. It was absolutely gorgeous and we has such a fun time. Before the wedding, we went over to Rive Village. Austin and I enjoyed walking around the shops and eating at Black Walnut Cafe (ah-mazing food). Thanks to those who gave us suggestions via insta...love hearing from you guys and totally value your opinion!
If you follow me on Instagram, you are probably sick of me posting this shirt, but honestly it's been my favorite purchase recently! I know Equipment blouses aren't cheap, but they are totally worth the investment. Do you own any? I am thinking of adding another one to my wardrobe...probably a neutral. No surprise there. Hope you have a great start to your week! XX
