I am LOVING this sale and all of the posts you’ve created about it! My favorite #nsale purchase was the Halogen animal print lace up flats. I just started grad school this week (eep!!), and will be getting my M.Ed to teach elementary education and my credentials in just one year! I’m super excited about the program, and I know that I’ll be on my feet all day, so these flats are perfect! Your mom’s words of not wearing “sensible shoes” while she was a teacher have stuck with me, because I feel the same way! Although I’m going to strive for some comfort…I thought these animal print shoes were a fun way to be able to be on my feet all day and still look cute. I also bought the BP Open Front Cardigan in burgandy, the striped long sleeve BP shirt, and the BP ‘Trish’ bootie in black leather because the tiny little studs are cute but edgy! As a kinder teacher, I was selective on what I got. Some I could wear to work that are hopefully easy to wash, and some to wear on the weekends. I got a couple of button up shirts, but would LOVE to update my wardrobe. Thank you for this chance!

I can be a super practical person–so I really, really, really want to get all! things! zella!!!!! from the sale (especially purple space dyed leggings and this awesome purple twisted wrap hoodie that I am obsessed with…), because they’re great for yoga AND for crossfit AND for little runs (the live in II slim fit capris are totally my favorites…) AND for weight lifting sessions (the fabric on the zella capris I have just handles deep squats really well).
Other than that, my wish list right now has these things:
1. Karen Kane ‘michelle’ fit short-sleeved fit & flare dress (in both colors–totally a classic transitional piece that can be made very demure and very edgy depending on shoes and accessories)
2. VInce Camuto ‘Peera’ cutout bootie (so cute with skinny jeans and I like the flats for navigating the city and long days walking around)
3. Halogen boucle’ & knit drape collar jacket (SO COOL)
4. NYDJ slim boyfriend jeans (I hear these jeans tend to fit well, make the bootie look good, and can be quite slimming…)
5. kate spade new york ‘kier’ sunglasses (PERFECT shape that’s between jackie o glasses and cat-eye!!!)
6. Kendra Scott ‘rae’ pendant necklace in black mother of pearl (I am obsessed with kendra scott!!! and this necklace would be gorgeous with the karen kane dress AND with a tank top, the halogen jacket, and a great pair of NYDJ skinny boyfriends)
7. the hobo ‘adelle’ crossbody bag in the light grey color–I love small crossbodies for date night out with my guy, and I have been obsessed with finding the RIGHT shade of grey in a handbag for the last couple of years. This totally fits the bill!!!
All of this would be so much money that I can’t afford, but in my dream world I can purchase all of it!!!!
