What a crazy few days we have been having! Ice and snow… in Dallas? Yuck! While, I have enjoyed these past few days off of school, I am ready for this to clear out. See us Texans have a hard time with all this cold weather stuff. Oh yes, we cancel school, close down businesses, go crazy all because of an inch or two of ice. It’s pretty humorous if you think about it and I know you northerners think we are ridiculous. I’m not too upset about this since it’s allowed me a few extra days to sleep in and some extra time with Austin who worked from home.

Keeping warm is a must when venturing out in these freezing temps. I love this coat from ILY Couture (old but here are a few options 1 & 2 )  which you may remember from here and here. This scarf is actually my husbands! He never wears it so I figured I would take it out for a spin. I actually really like it so I think it’s best if I hold on to it for now! This one from J. Crew is very similar. These Juicy Couture gloves and Target hat are a few of my favorite cold weather accessories. Can’t go wrong with classics like these! See below for full outfit details.
