Black Denim Under $100

A good pair of black jeans is a staple for any closet. They are an easy way to dress up a casual look or wear to a casual office setting. However, finding the perfect pair of black denim isn’t always an easy task. I recently found these sculpted high rise jeans by William Rast at Macy’s. Anytime I hear the word “sculpted” or “Slimming” I’m automatically interested. And with the price being under $100, I was curious to give these a try.

This high rise pair is everything it promises to be. They are structured (no saggy jeans here), yet stretch easily to move and bend. The high rise cut creates an ultra flattering fit and the pockets are in just the right place to give your booty a little lift. It’s hard to tell here, but the hem is also frayed. Which is a details that I love when I am wearing a pair of flats or heels.

Typically, I like to wear a little color in my outfits, but there’s something about this monochromatic look that I am loving. Wearing all black is an easy way to give off an understated, yet cool vibe.
