As we finalize our summer plans, I wanted to share with you some of our favorite destinations from the past year. Between family vacations and work trips, our summer calendar is going to be quite full. CHARLESTON, SOUTH CAROLINA
We loved our trip to Charleston and are currently trying to find a time to go back. Check out our Charleston Travel Guide + packing list for our recommendations!
CABO SAN LUCAS, MEXICO
Cabo is one our of my favorite beach spots. We are actually going back in July with my family and I am literally counting down the days. Austin and I have been here a few times, so be sure to check out my travel guide for The Cape or Riu Palace (in my opinion, the best all inclusive resort). If you head to Cabo this summer, you have to make a stop at Flora Farms. It is always the highlight of our trip!
SONOMA, CALIFORNIA
Sonoma is one of my favorite weekend destinations. Austin and I went to Sonoma a couple of years ago for a wedding and we had the best time. Whether you’re looking for a girls trip or a romantic getaway, I highly recommend this spot. Here are a few of our top recommendations!
LAKE AUSTIN, TEXAS
Lake Austin Spa and Resort is one of the most beautiful spa’s I have ever been too! I went on a work trip here last August, and would love to go back. This is a great spot for couples or a girls getaway. It’s truly the perfect place to relax, clear your mind and refresh. I shared my full experience here!
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA
LA is such a fun spot to visit year round, but why not take advantage of the beach and great pools during the summer? Austin and I have family in Orange County, so we get to come to LA quite often when we visit California. Be sure to check out our Trendy LA Travel Guide for all recommendations. We are actually heading back there in June, the only difference this time is that we decided to camp near there with a tent from Survival Cooking. I can’t wait to share the details…it’s a gorgeous property!
