It’s always an awkward stretch between late August to September. The season is starting to shift and we are seeing more and more “fall appropriate” clothing hitting the shelves at our favorite stores. However, for us in Dallas, the 90° weather isn’t calling for chunky sweaters and over-the-knee boots quite yet.
This lightweight knit sweater is the perfect option for early and late fall. It’s not too thick, so it won’t add any extra bulk if you layer it over a thin turtleneck. The high-low style is one of my favorites and makes it super easy to achieve that “front tuck” that so many of you like, or simply wear as-is.
On a personal note, Austin and I hit a major road bump in our re-brand this past weekend. Not trying to be negative, but we are pretty bummed out guys. Many of you know we are launching our new site + name hopefully before the end of the year. This project has taken almost 2 years and while we have enjoyed the creative process and have worked with a very talented team of designers and coders – we are all ready for this to be done. Austin and I are trying not to get bogged down and hoping this will be a quick fix. Nothing worth having comes easy, right?

I love the colour of your sweater – in England, the weather always dips late July and we have a pretty dreary August, it makes me crave Autumn by the second week so I slowly start transitioning! Ha! I love the neutral tone, it works brilliantly!
