I Finally Found the Best Pair of Cropped Denim

Jeans are a staple in our wardrobes. Whether we wear them to work or only on the weekends, we all want a good fitting pair of jeans. And to make things even more complex, we want a variety. Cropped denim has been a big trend we’ve seen in 2017. And based on recent fashion reports, it looks as if it is here to stay in 2018.

Wanting to try the trend myself, I did my due diligence and ordered several different pairs of cropped denim (thank goodness for Nordstrom free shipping and returns). Nearly every denim brand is selling their take on the trend right now, making the task of finding the right pair a bit overwhelming. I tried on a few budget-friendly options and even some from the high-end denim brands. Austin was very concerned. Not to worry, I told him it was all in the name of research and reassured him that all but one would be returned. Ha!

In the midst of my search for the perfect cropped jeans, I stumbled across this pair of Cropped Denim from Treasure & Bond. Initially I wasn’t looking for a black pair. But after looking at what seemed like a sea of blue jeans in my closet, I decided it wouldn’t hurt to add these in the mix. I love that they hit right above the ankle allowing me to wear flats or a chunky ankle boot. And coming in at right under $80, I was pretty pleased with my find. If they made these in blue or white, I wouldn’t think twice about a repurchase.
