This season, I have been on the hunt for classic, oversized turtleneck sweaters. It seems like last year I found several options at Free People or H&M (this is still one of my favorites) but this season, I’ve had a hard time finding exactly what I wanted. Winter is still here in Texas and there’s nothing I look forward to wearing more this time of year than my chunky sweaters. Is there anything cozier than soft knits?

While on the hunt for the perfect sweater, I stumbled upon this thick turtleneck from French Connection. It was on backorder for several weeks, but somehow made it’s way just in time for the coldest of days. With just the right amount of texture (and oversized fit), this sweater is just as cozy as it looks. Now, here’s the good news: this sweater has been re-stocked in all sizes (size down though, runs big) and I have a feeling it’s going to be one I hang on to year after year. Dress it up or keep it casual—anything goes with an essential like this.
