I love a good pair of sneakers. And when I got word of the new Nike Free RN Flyknit Shoe, I couldn’t wait to try a pair for myself.
For me, sneakers aren’t just a product for the gym-goer. You guys know that I do weekly barre classes and walks with Lucy. And if I’m feeling up for it, I’ll do a short (emphasis on short) run around the neighborhood with Austin. But when it comes to my activewear, I look for pieces that I can wear more than just to the gym.
The same goes for my shoes. One of my favorite things to wear when I’m stuck in the office all day or running errands and prepping for an upcoming project is athleisure. Leggings, a zip-up hoodie, and comfortable sneakers — the perfect look for the girl on the go. The Nike Free RN Flyknit Shoe is incredibly lightweight (honestly, I was shocked when I picked them up) and since they are made from a sock-like material, they can easily fit in your work tote or carry-on suitcase.
What are your “girl on the go” must-haves? xx Ashley

Hi Kristina,
Thank you so much for your comment and kind words! Have a great rest of your week! xx, Ashley
LOVE this look and I LOVE a good pair of Nike sneakers. For me, this wool cap from Madewell (the link was long so you can google) is everything for me. It’s more on the chic side from most caps and I love to throw it on on a bad hair day and still look cute, haha.
Hi Sara,
Thank you so much for your kind comment! I used to not be into wearing caps, but I’ve recently found a few that I really like. I will be sure to give the cap from Madewell a look! Thanks for the suggestion. xx, Ashley
These Nike shoes are so cute! I love a good pair of sneakers. I seem to wear them more and more.

Hi Stacey,
Thank you so much for your comment and kind words! Me too! That is why I always lean toward neutral sneaker colors, so I can wear them several different ways! xx, Ashley
