Valentine’s Day Gift Ideas 2018

Happy Friday, friends. Whether you’re celebrating Valentine’s with that special someone or getting together with your best gal pals, here’s a few ideas that might be perfect for him or her.

For us, our Valentine’s Day is usually pretty low key. The past 5 years I have been at Fashion Week during the holiday, but since I’m not attending this year, I am excited for us to actually be together on Valentine’s Day.

Austin and I have gone all out for Valentine’s before. I got him the watch and he got me the wallet, it was a whole thing. But honestly, our favorite gifts are the simple ones. We really just enjoy picking out cards for each other and keeping our gifts simple. Maybe cologne or an eyeshadow palette (you know I love my makeup, ha). My love language is words of affirmation so cards are a big one for me. Believe it or not I found Austin’s card at Home Goods (only $1.99) of all places. It light’s up too, so you know it’s good!

If you are looking for more ideas, I just ordered this travel case and can’t wait to take it on my trip Sunday. I also LOVE these shoes (I’m actually doing a full review on them this month). Austin has been hinting that he wants a wireless charger. According to him, this and this are the best on the market. Not the most romantic gift but hey, it gets the job done. And if all else fails just book a couples massage. Even if it is a self interested gift, you can’t go wrong with a little trip to the spa.

We go out to a lovely restaurant and have a nice bottle of wine- I wear a red dress that my hubby likes-We remember past valentines days and I always let him know – how blessed I am that He has always remembered Valentines Day❤️❤️❤️ Happy Valentines Day Ashley and Austin.
