About a year and a half ago I started my journey to find a natural deodorant. That’s right — things are about to get personal around here. To be honest, I was pretty set on my “current situation”, but after recent articles and reports on the benefits of natural deodorant, I decided things needed to change.
I tried 4 or 5 natural deodorants in that year and based on my findings I was pretty convinced it would never be for me. Like many of you, we have a pretty strict list of what we expect in our deodorant. And at that point I was sure nothing would work.
That was until Katey told me about Native Deodorant, a natural deodorant which is free of parabens, talc, sulfates and aluminum. I remember this moment pretty well because it was right before we went to NYC back in March. After hearing her rave about it I immediately ordered the Coconut Vanilla in the travel size so I could take it on our trip. I figured if this was as good as the reviews, it would withstand a 5 hour travel day and walking the streets of NYC and back to back meetings.
You guys. This is the real deal. It is truly the closest thing you will find to a traditional deodorant and keeps you feeling and smelling fresh all day long. Since then, I’ve purchased more Coconut Vanilla (favorite) and the Lavender Rose. Although, I think my next purchase might be the travel sample pack so I can try more scents.
I know, I know — it might be a bit gauche for us to have this conversation, but I promise one day you will thank me. And I’ve told all my close friends, family and team about it so why not fill you guys in on the fun as well?

I love the idea of a natural deodorant, especially with everything that has come to surface about aluminum. I haven’t tried Native but I just ordered the coconut vanilla thanks to you! I’ll let you know how I like it!
