It’s probably pretty obvious that I have a weakness for a minimal wardrobe. I have a real sweet spot for clean, classic aesthetics, especially when it comes to my uniform. Everyone is different in what they prefer to wear, but for me, my cropped jeans, a white blouse, neutral loafers, and a good duster are always in my rotation.
For accessories, I say the more dainty, the better. Whether it’s stacking coin necklaces or a delicate thumb ring, I look for quality everyday pieces I can wear without worry of tarnishing. I want pieces I can do life with that don’t break the bank. And believe it or not, you can find some beautiful pieces that are 14K gold or gold-filled without spending hundreds of dollars.
Some food for thought: gold-filled has 100% more gold than gold plating. Gold-filled is more expensive than gold plating, but it will not tarnish or flake off. That being said, I’ve still had luck with some of my gold plated items, but you just want to make sure it’s from a reputable brand and use this polish cloth on it every now and then.

Etsy is one of my absolute favorite places to find gold minimal jewelry. I’ve ordered several pieces over the years that have become true staples for me. Below is a list of my top picks:
COIN NECKLACE DUO (also seen here + here) I wore these all summer long — went swimming with them on and they did not tarnish! I also have been using this polishing cloth which helps keep the gold nice and shiny.
SPACED OUT LETTER NECKLACE This necklace is solid 14K gold and under $300. This is the best price I’ve seen for a solid gold option that accommodates up to 6 letters. I love this so much!
THIN GOLD RING I’ve worn this ring every day for the past 3 maybe 4 years — it’s hands downs the best stacking ring. It was also a reader favorite from 2018!
GOLD BALL BRACELET I pair this with my LOVE bracelet or wear it on my other wrist. I love how simple and delicate this looks. I ordered the size 6.5″.
INITIAL RING My friend has this exact ring and it looks so chic stacked with a diamond eternity band or worn alone. Reminds me of the Maya Brenner ring but at a fraction of the cost (and is good quality).
GOLD SIGNET RING I got this when Lucy passed and it’s the perfect way to remember her. I purchased the 10K option — it has accumulated a few small scratches, but I personally like that it looks worn.

I have had my sideways initial necklace for going on 6 years now. I recently took it off because I wanted to wear others but this necklace is truly worth every penny. I never took it off and it looks as good as new.

Love pendants and coin necklaces? Missoma has such a good collection. And they offer a one-year warranty so if it breaks or tarnishes, they repair or replace at no cost.
ELLIE VAIL
This is the best option if you’re looking for classic meets trendy pieces at budget-friendly prices. I just purchased this pendant — it’s great to layer with some of those necklaces from Etsy.

Seriously love everything about this post. Another brand I’d like to throw in the mix is Catbird. Can get a bit pricey, but for the most part everything is under $150. Super minimal and high quality.
