We just got back from Vegas for our first official trip post-George and though we talked about him probably every 10 minutes, it was truly so fun to get away and just have time for Austin and I. We didn’t even bring our laptops — we literally unplugged the whole weekend from work and it was amazing. If you are a workaholic — I suggest unplugging every now and then. So good for mental health.
I wanted to share a complete list of what I wore and our favorite restaurants in Vegas. We didn’t get a chance to go to all of these on this trip, but so many of these were highly recommended so I included them below.

what I wore
DURING THE DAY:
I kept it very casual and comfortable during the day. The weather was literally perfect — I would definitely go back to Vegas in November. During the day it was 65 and night in the high 50s.
DAY ONE *TRAVEL DAY*: denim, oversized blazer (I’m in a small), white tee (full review here), sunglasses (identical pair under $25) and Chanel sneakers (similar styles here and here), suitcase and carryon
DAY TWO: White Silk Oxford (follow US sizing in parenthesis — I’m in a US 2-4), denim, backpack (similar here + here), and Chanel sneakers (similar styles here and here), iPhone Case
DAY THREE: Pearl Collar Sweater (online I was not impressed, in person it’s much better. I’m in a small), black denim, shoes, backpack (similar here + here)
DAY FOUR *TRAVEL DAY*: Knit Hoodie, black denim, shoes, backpack (similar here + here), sunglasses(identical pair under $25), suitcase and carryon
All of my lipsticks found here.
AT NIGHT:
Sequins, sequins and more sequins because #Vegas. This was our first trip sans George, so I went all out and literally wore a dress every night.
NIGHT ONE: Silver Sequin Dress (runs small — I am in a medium) Other sequin dress options: here, here and here) and these heels (size up in these shoes).
NIGHT TWO: Rose gold sequin dress (I’m in a small but it was snug in the hips) and these heels (size up in these shoes).
NIGHT THREE: Tan Bodycon Dress — forgot to snap a photo and these heels (size up in these shoes).
