If there’s one trend I’m all about embracing lately, it’s longer shorts. To be honest, I’ve always found shorts to be kind of tricky. They’re easily unflattering, too short, too young feeling, or just uncomfortable. It actually wasn’t until the Agolde Parker Cut that I truly fell in love with denim shorts, especially a shorter hem. And while I still reach for my Parker fit over a swimsuit or at the lake or whatever, there are some days where I want more coverage like the classic Levi’s Long Short (size up on these!). I recently got the longer Agolde Reese Cut which I’m obsessed with.
We’re seeing the longer-hem shorts play a major role in Spring/Summer 2020 trends and I love it. These shorts still give you that effortless denim short look but with less skin and more comfort, in my opinion. From knee-length cuts to something more in between, I think there’s something for everyone with this trend.
