What I Do When I Want the “No Makeup” Makeup Look

Since my skin has recently cleared up, I’ve been taking advantage of the “no makeup” makeup look. Which is honestly a misleading term, because you definitely wear makeup, just not a full face. These products will get the job done if you want a little bit of color, SPF, bold brows and plump lips.

Now that I’m using these lashes, it makes it really easy to get ready in the mornings. I can see why people go all-in on lash extensions. But if you’re like me and don’t want to 100% commit, these are great. They last for 3-5 days and don’t damage your lashes.

TINTED SPF

My dermatologist recommended this for me since I tend to have acne-prone/sensitive skin. It’s such a great product. It will give you a hint of color as you blend into your skin. It’s not a foundation by any means, but it does give subtle coverage. 

CREAM BRONZER

I’ve been loving this creamy bronzer. So much, that I bought it in Grace Bay too. It blends really nicely and stays on all day. Highly recommend using it with the brush though. I usually don’t buy the matching brush, but this one is different. It’s incredibly dense and gives you a smooth finish. You can dap, press in the color and sweep to blend. It’s so good! 

BROWS

I love to use this brow powder because you can keep to really light and natural, or add on for something more dramatic.

LASHES

If you want the look of lash extensions, these lashes are what you need. The application is a bit different than your traditional lash strip, but once I did it a couple times, I got the hang of it. These go underneath your lashes so they don’t give you a harsh line on your lid. And they last for 3-5 days.

LIP PLUMPER + LIPSTICK

You are probably sick of seeing me wear this on Instagram Stories but it really is the best little combo for a neutral lip. I use “Inner Glow” in the lip plumper and “1.5 Nude” in the lipstick. I put the lipstick in the center for an exaggerated pout.
