One of my favorite parts of fall and winter is that full-set loungewear makes a return. During the Texas summer, my loungewear consists of biker shorts (these being a favorite) and oversized t-shirts. And the occasional oversized sweatshirt while I’m in the AC. But now that we’re getting closer to cooler weather, I’m taking inventory on my lounge sets and basics to make sure I’m “prepared”.
Since I know you guys are big fans of loungewear as well, I wanted to put together a list of my favorite retailers for loungewear. Not everyone does it well, but these places do.
Let me know where you shop for lounge!

OK so the thing with Amazon loungewear is you’ve got to check the reviews. I’ve gotten some gems (like this set) and also some duds. It’s also tricky because sometimes the image of the item isn’t exactly what you get either. But Amazon makes returns very easy so I check reviews, order a few things and sizes, and return what doesn’t work. By the way, Amazon Prime Day starts tomorrow, so I’ll be on the lookout for good deals there.
Hands-down the best affordable loungewear, in my opinion. The good stuff always sells quickly so you’ve got to jump on things if you like them. They always have good basics or sets that you can pair together if you prefer that look.
Similar to Amazon, Etsy takes a bit of legwork to find good pieces but they have a pretty legit review system as well. I love this tie-dye set and got most of my tie-dye lounge from Etsy. It feels nice to support small businesses as well.
Some of their loungewear is very pricey, which doesn’t always make sense with loungewear, at least for me. I stick to more affordable brands like Z Supply and Onzie because Shopbop really does curate such chic items. BTW, a girl on my team swears by these Jogger Sweats which I need to try. Shopbop is having their major Fall Sale using code ‘FALL20’ through the 16th so it’s a good time to shop if you’re in need of anything!
Always a go-to! I love these joggers and this top which can be worn as lounge or PJs.

Have you ever tried Lou & Grey? Look for their sweats at LOFT–they are the absolute softest! They feel like butter. They’re not a budget amazon find, but the price point is still accessible ENOUGH (and once you wear them every single penny becomes WORTH IT), and LOFT is pretty much always running some sort of a sale (w the L&G apparel starting to be included more and more…). Check them out. I think you’ll fall in love w them…
