OK so hear me out…I’m not your typical flannel girl but as the trend has come around, I starting like the idea of it more and more. I obviously don’t have too much tomboy style in my closet though I was drawn to the casual, edgier look that flannels provide – similar to how I felt about combat boots. I told myself I’d wait on the trend until I found one that felt like me…and then I saw this Nude Plaid Flannel from Revolve.

It’s oversized but tailored well. It’s neutral which you know I’m into. And it’s become that thing I reach for to toss on over anything I’m wearing – from jeans and a bodysuit to a jogger set to leggings and a t-shirt. It almost fits like a men’s shirt but it’s a slimmer fit, you know?

Heads up that it’s not the cheapest flannel I’ve seen, but I’m all about buying ONE nice item instead of five cheaper ones. The quality is really nice as well and I think it’ll be cute with cut-off shorts once the weather shifts to spring.
