This past weekend Austin and I celebrated my birthday with a staycation in Dallas. It was so much fun to have a weekend just the two of us and truly relax. It’s a great way to “get away” without actually getting away. Highly recommend a staycation if you are getting the travel bug, but not ready to fly.
We’ve done a few staycations this year and I wanted to share what I typically pack for a staycation. I keep it low-key and try to eliminate any extras I don’t need. I hate unpacking and this saves me from putting back the things I didn’t even wear or use.
CLEAR ZIPPER ORGANIZATION POUCHES
I use these clear pouches to organize my products when traveling and I also have a set that I use for George’s bag. They are easy to clean too!
COMFY PAJAMAS
I brought these PJs with me on our trip. They are so soft and cozy to lounge in. I am bringing another set with me to the hospital when I give birth — I size up on these.
My duffle bag is in the color sand with these pearl patches.
MAKEUP/SKINCARE
My pregnancy skincare routine can be found in this post and I have a lot of my makeup picks found here.
DINNER OUTFIT
Dress (I’m in a small, I wore this for George too!) // Trench // Heels // Anklet // Bag
A CASUAL OUTFIT OR TWO
maternity bike shorts (TTS) // ribbed tanked top (sized up for the bump)// green jacket (I’m in small) // $15 sunglasses // bag (similar style)
bag(similar style) // sneakers (if in-between sizes, go up) // Amazon Lounge Set (same as the one I’m wearing in first photo, I’m in a large for the bump but would recommend sizing up regardless) // $15 sunglasses

These are all perfect items to take on a staycation. I especially love that green jacket in your causal look!
