George’s Modern Nursery

I can’t believe it’s taken me almost 3 years to finally share this nursery with you (!) We worked with Ginger at Urbanology Designs to create this modern nursery for George and I love how it turned out. Also thank you to Apartment Therapy for the beautiful feature!

I wanted this to feel sophisticated and something he could grow into over the years. Ginger helped me keep it “baby-friendly”, yet easy to transition this into a big boy room when the time comes.

The gallery wall is incredibly special to me. We used vintage frames and art that hung in my grandparents house. When I was growing up, I remember seeing the picture of the two kids playing in the sand, and it immediately brings back memories to growing up in California. I am so glad I got to incorporate that in George’s room.

Crib / Photo Light / Seascape Wallpaper in Black / Nook Pebble Mattress / *similar* Changing Table / Recliner / Rug (Do not recommend.
