I love the ease of a summer dress. Especially when I can throw it on with sneakers or flat sandals. Below I’ve rounded up a few of my favorite casual dresses for summer. LONG FLOWY DRESSES
I live in long flowy dresses this time of year. This Striped Dress from Target has been a favorite of mine. I also have this one from H&M (size down, I’m in an XS) and this blue one from a new company I just discovered. You can see me styling it in this video.
SMOCKED DRESSES
I am all about these smocked dresses right now. I actually found several that I love at Amazon including this Tan Gingham Dress (size up if you have a larger chest, I’m in a large). I also love this one (reminds me of Love Shack Fancy) and wore it yesterday for Mother’s Day. I took a small.
CUT-OUT DRESSES
I didn’t think I could pull these off, but I found a few that work with al bra and look flattering. I actually bought this white one in black too because it was such a good find. Do you like the cut-out trend?
I read and enjoyed the article-myself, a few weeks ago. It is really good, taking an idea I’ve been thinking about, poking at it and just doing something different with this old idea of what people think it’s all about.
